This website provides general educational information about planning ahead: organising an estate, documenting final wishes, and understanding how pre-need funeral arrangements may be funded. It is not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice, and nothing on it creates a client, agent or fiduciary relationship.
- Pre-need funeral insurance is offered only through the California licensed agent named in the licensee notice on this site, under a separate application, contract and disclosures. Insurance products are underwritten by the issuing carrier named in your policy.
- Veterans' benefits information is provided for education. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Eligibility and amounts are determined solely by the VA.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or submit a form. By submitting information about another person (for example a parent), you confirm you are permitted to do so.
4. Information you provide
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and yours to share. Do not submit discharge documents, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers through this website; we do not request them here and will delete them if received.
